City of Humble Residents who are on public assistance or Social Security are eligible for free TNR with proof of public assistance or Social security and proof of residence either a water bill from the City of Humble or a lease or drivers license showing you reside in one of the following apartments:  

Township Apartments – 401 S. Bender Ave.

Pines At Humble Park – 412 S. Bender Ave.

Meadowbrook – 515 S. Bender Ave.

Park at Deerbrook – 19700 Whitaker Drive

Bender Hollow – 424 S. Bender Ave.

Timbers of Deerbrook – 9814 FM1960 Bypass Rd. W.

Northeast Pines – 18839 S. Memorial Dr.
