Please make sure you are choosing the correct location when booking your appointment. Each pet needs its own appointment. You must schedule ONE pet per appointment slot.
NO SHOWS CAUSE SERIOUS FINANCIAL DAMAGE TO OUR CHARITY. We have had to raise prices 3 times this year because of no shows. Please cancel your appointment if you cannot make it!!!!!
There are multiple rooms on the schedule for some appointment types. If you don't see the date you are looking for, try the other rooms.

Wellness customers, please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, you will be treated as a walk-in.

Surgery appointments are staggered to arrive between 7am and 7:45am. TLC performs between 25 to 40 sterilization surgeries per day. YOU WILL BE WAITING IN LINE. We check everyone in on a first come first serve basis. You must be in line no later than 8am. We will be emailing/texting you check-in documents 48-72 hours prior to your appointment. Please complete them before you arrive. This will help move the line more quickly.

You will be charge an exam fee if your pet is rejected for surgery.
SURGERY PATIENTS - We do not require pets to be current on vaccines at the time of surgery, but we HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Please understand if your pet is not current on core vaccines, you run the risk of your pet getting sick. It can take up to 2 weeks for vaccines to be effective. TLC will not be responsible for illnesses or fleas contracted due to your pet not being vaccinated or flea treated. Please remember, your pet will be in close proximity to 25-40 animals. Kennels are thoroughly cleaned daily, but we cannot control airborne contagions.
PLAN AHEAD! We have limited space. If you are planning on trapping a cat, book an appointment prior to trapping. We understand that sometimes you can't catch the cat. Book online by using the links below. Select Community/Feral Cat Spay/Neuter. The system will hold your spot if you are able to select it. If you book online outside of regular business hours, the staff won't be available to confirm it. Go ahead and proceed to the clinic at your requested time even if we haven't confirmed it. If the date you are trying to choose is not available it means we have no open appointments.

If you book your pet online and you are declined for surgery due to one of these restrictions, you will be charged a $50 vet exam fee.
