If someone is bringing a pet in for you or you are paying for someone's pet to receive services, you can pay online in advance.
If you do prepay for services, the person bringing in the pet must bring the email confirmation showing the payment with them at check in. The clinic check-in staff has no way to look this information up during check in.
Please enter the clinic location (Humble, Spring or Tomball), the pet's name and the owner's last name in the description field.
Please note patient/client name and appointment location on your payment. You will need to email a copy of your receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org or bring it with you at the time of check in. The staff will be unable to look up prepayments. If you do not email over a copy of the payment or bring in a copy at check in, the amount will not be applied to your account.
